Electronic Disclaimer & Policy – FUTBICO EVENTS (COLLEGE SHOWCASE / INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM / TRYOUTS / CAMPS / CLINICS)

I/We the undersigned hereby certify that I/We am/are the parent(s) or legal guardian(s) of the player participating or I/We are over the legal age of 18 to register without the concent of my parents/legal guardian.

Consent for medical treatment:

I/We hereby give permission for the staff of FUTBICO to seek appropriate medical attention for the participant and for the medical attention to be given and for the participant to receive medical attention in the event of accident, injury or illness. I/We will be responsible for any and all costs of medical attention and treatment.

Athletics Release: 

I/We hereby acknowledge that our child is physically fit and mentally capable of participating in sports activities. I/we hereby acknowledge that playing or practicing soccer is a potentially hazardous activity. I/we agree that I/we am/are voluntarily entering and assuming all risks associated with participating in those activities, including but not limited to falls, contacts with other participants, the effects of weather including heat and or humidity, and the conditions of the training grounds and facilities, all risks being understood and appreciated by you. I/We, the undersigned for ourselves, our heirs, executors and administrators hereby waive, release, and forever discharge FUTBICO LLC. staff, officers, agents, employees, representatives and successors and assign of and from all rights and claims for damages, injury or loss to person or property which may be sustained or occur during participation in this event(s) activities or while at event, whether or not damages, injury or loss is due to negligence. I also hereby acknowledge that no refunds will be given due to any type of injury occurring during the event.

**Use material for promotional purposes I/We hereby give permission to futbico llc. to use pictures and videos of the participants to promote future events organized by the company.

Weather Policy:

In the event of inclement weather once event begins, all participants will be asked to leave the field to the designated shelter area.  If event is cancelled once started, you will be asked to return to the field and pick up your player.  We do not have indoor facilities to house players for the rest of the day.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Events are subject to change or cancellation due to weather conditions / accidents / hazards / catastrophic events or without notice at any time for any reason.

In case of cancellation of the event by our staff, participants can choose to attend any of the other events based on availability. If the event is cancelled, FUTBICO LLC. is not liable for any other costs, damages, or refunds of any kind for any loss, delay, inconvenience, disappointment, travel or other expense whatsoever in such circumstances. By signing the program waiver you acknowledge that you are subject to automatic payments according to your program fees on a monthly basis a email will be delivered with instructions on your payment plan calendar.  All sales and registrations are final, No refund or reimbursements is given at any time. But we can reschedule you to any of our upcoming events as long as there is availability, We know sometimes things can get complicated.

FUTBICO Pro Development Program: Non-Refundable Policy and Program Abandonment Fees

At FUTBICO, we are committed to delivering a high-quality and comprehensive development experience for all participants enrolled in our Pro Development Program. To maintain the quality of our program and ensure proper resource allocation, we have established the following policies regarding non-refundable payments and program abandonment fees.

1. Non-Refundable Payment Policy

  • All fees associated with the FUTBICO Pro Development Program are non-refundable once the registration and payment process is complete. This policy applies to all tuition fees, housing fees registration fees, and any additional costs associated with program participation.
  • By enrolling in the program and making a payment, participants acknowledge and agree to this non-refundable policy.
  • Note: Although there may be instances where market or industry conditions shift due to the nature of football-related projects, our non-refundable policy remains in place to ensure that FUTBICO can continuously provide a consistent and high-standard development experience.

2. Program Abandonment Policy

  • If a participant decides to withdraw or abandon the program at any point after the official start date, FUTBICO will enforce a Program Abandonment Fee.
  • The abandonment fee is set to cover administrative costs, resource allocation, and program materials that have already been committed based on the participant’s registration.
  • The fee amount will vary depending on the timing of the abandonment:
    • Within the First 5 Days: A fee equivalent to 50% of the total program cost will be charged.
    • After 5 Days: A fee equivalent to 100% of the total program cost will be enforced.

3. Program Suspension or Termination by FUTBICO

  • FUTBICO reserves the right to suspend or terminate a participant’s enrollment due to misconduct, violation of program rules, or failure to meet performance standards.
  • In the event of such a suspension or termination, no refunds will be issued, and the participant will be subject to the Program Abandonment Fee based on the timing of their exit.

4. Adaptability and Industry Shifts

  • We understand that the football industry is dynamic and that projects may shift due to market conditions or evolving opportunities. While we strive to adapt our program content and schedules accordingly, our non-refundable policy ensures that FUTBICO remains able to provide a consistent and high-quality training experience regardless of these changes.

5. Service Assurance and Remedies

  • If FUTBICO fails to provide the services as stated in the program outline or if any part of the program is disrupted due to unforeseen circumstances, FUTBICO will be given the opportunity to remedy the situation.
  • FUTBICO will offer a remedy in the form of an equivalent service, training session, or project that matches the value of the originally promised service. This ensures that participants receive the full value and benefits of the program.
  • This remedy will be provided within a reasonable timeframe and communicated clearly to all participants involved.

6. Communication and Acknowledgment

  • All participants must read, acknowledge, and agree to the terms of this policy before finalizing their enrollment in the FUTBICO Pro Development Program.
  • By completing the registration process, participants accept these terms and understand that all payments are final.
